Sonnie McGuire

Sonnie retired from her own wholesale supply business, including a fleet of large trucks, delivering products to 11 western states. She was on the A S I A national executive committee 7 years and served as the chairperson for 3 years. She also worked as the controller for several companies, one with over 1200 employees on payroll. A former P.I. with Frontier, with semi automatic tactical weapon training, oleoresin capsicum (pepper spray) and baton training, unarmed self-defense, Taser certified, Arizona vehicle theft task force training, drug recognition, bomb component recognition, gang awareness, and various security classes. She is a member of Arizona Private Security Professionals Association. Sonnie has been with Frontier for eleven years, serving as director of operations and general manager since 2006.

Field Commander:
Gene Koch

Gene retired from 20 plus years as an airline captain and liaison between the airline and the FAA. He then was a licensed realtor with four years in the top 100 salespeople in Tucson. He is a Development Dimensions International certified interviewer. Gene has worked as a site guard and patrol driver for Frontier and used that knowledge to develop our training programs. He has completed numerous revolver, semi automatic, and shotgun tactical courses. Also use of force, asp baton, oleoresin capsicum (pepper spray), certified Taser instructor through Taser international, report writing, general security and client relations. Gene was a docent at Kitt Peak and has 16 years working with the Wright Flight children's motivational program. He too is a member of Arizona Private Security Professionals Association. Gene has been with Frontier five years and has been the field commander since 2006.

Locally owned and operated in Tucson since 1978. Current ownership, Joe Mooney and Tom Cheske, since 1993. Both are members of many local charitable and civic organizations.
